On the Day Co-ordination is a little bit different to planning and is for the couples who have planned all the elements of their wedding but would like someone to be there on the day to set everything up and make sure that everything is in place for your special day.

These packages can be added to our planning or styling packages. 

 

Do It For Me Package

Have everything planned to a tee and just want someone to set everything up for you and make sure all your vendors arrive on time, so you can enjoy the day? 

Inclusions:

  • 90minute web or in person pre wedding meetings to discuss set up and vendors.
  • Unlimited contact via email and phone for the Bride and Groom.
  • Creation of an "On the Day Brief"
  • Arrive at ceremony location to ensure set up is complete and on time.
  • Liaise with Venue/Function Manager on the day to ensure all aspect of the day are in line with what has been discussed in meeting. 
  • Be vendor contact for the day.
  • Placement of personal effects such as confetti, ceremony books, seating chart, menus, place cards, etc.
  • Coordination of Bridal Party on the day.
  • Arrival at Reception location to ensure set up is complete and on time and direct guests to room or cocktail hour.
  • Bring any personal effects from Ceremony location to Reception Location.
  • Provide wedding day Emergency Kit.
  • Stay for Ceremony and until Bride and Groom arrive at Reception and have taken their seats.

Investment: $450.00 + gst


The Fox Package

Know what you want for your big day, and have all the plans in place but need someone to take the reins on the day to manage and set up, this package is for you.

Inclusions:

  • 4 x 1hr web or in person pre wedding meetings to discuss set up and vendors.
  • Unlimited contact via email and phone for the Bride and Groom.
  • Creation of an "On the Day Brief" - including plan B (Wet weather plan)
  • Attendance at Rehearsal
  • Visit to both parties to ensure they have everything they need and be available for flower arrival.
  • Be vendors contact on the day.
  • Arrive at ceremony location to ensure set up is on time & help with set up if necessary. (set up includes - placing chairs and personal effects - Does not include styling)
  • Meet with celebrant and other Vendors at location to advise set up.
  • Be point of contact for all bridal party needs to keep them calm.
  • Liaise with Venue/Function Manager on the day to ensure all aspect of the day are in line with what has been discussed in meetings. 
  • Placement of personal effects such as confetti, ceremony books, seating chart, menus, place cards, etc.
  • Coordination of Bridal Party on the day.
  • Welcome guests to ceremony location and time bridal parties arrival & co-ordination with celebrant.
  • Arrival at Reception location to ensure set up is complete and on time and direct guests to room or cocktail hour.
  • Bring any personal effects from Ceremony location to Reception Location.
  • Provide wedding day Emergency Kit.
  • Stay for Ceremony and until Bride and Groom arrive at Reception and first meal has been served.

Bring out the Bugles Package*

Want to have an amazing wedding and have planned it all but can't figure out how to be in two places at once - to set up and direct everyone, this package is for you!

Inclusions:

  • 6 x 1hr web or in person pre wedding meetings to discuss set up and vendors.
  • Unlimited contact via email and phone for the Bride and Groom.
  • Creation of an exstensive "On the Day Brief" - including plan B (Wet weather plan)
  • Attendance at Rehearsal
  • Visit to both parties to ensure they have everything they need and be available for flower arrival.
  • Be vendors contact on the day.
  • Provide wedding day Emergency Kit
  • Ensure all vendors have arrived on time and efficiently and effectively deal with any issues that may arise.

Ceremony Space

  • Arrive at ceremony location, meet suppliers and start set up - help vendors with set up of ceremony location as per "on the day brief"
  • Meet with celebrant and assist with set up.
  • Placement of personal effects such as confetti, ceremony books, seating chart, menus, place cards, etc.
  • Be point of contact for all bridal party needs for the day.
  • Welcome 'groom and groomsmen' and ensure all final preparations are in place.
  • Welcome guests to ceremony location and time bridal parties arrival & co-ordination with celebrant.
  • Keep in contact with bridal party regarding bridal party arrival.
  • Seat guests in a timely fashion 
  • Co-ordination of bridal party down the isle including musical timings (if required)

Reception

  • Liaise with Venue/Function Manager on the day to ensure all aspect of the day are in line with what has been discussed in meetings. 
  • Placement of personal effects such as confetti, ceremony books, seating chart, menus, place cards, etc.
  • Arrival at Reception location to ensure set up is complete and on time and direct guests to room or cocktail hour.
  • Bring any personal effects from Ceremony location to Reception Location and place in breakout room or secure location.
  • Provide wedding day Emergency Kit.
  • Make sure all wait staff are efficient during reception
  • Keep track of time for all reception going ons as per the run sheet provided. 
  • Ensure that all gifts and wishing well are given to a trusted family member at the end of the night.
  • Ensure that any left over cake is given to a trusted family member.
  • Final sweep of venue to ensure all personal effects are collected
  • Ensure the pack down of venue is completed
