All Event Management & Planning Packages can be added to Styling, On the Day-Coordination or Hire Items.

 

The Finer Details Package

This package is for the couples that want to plan their wedding day their way but need a little bit of help or advice when it comes to the finer details.

Inclusions: 

  • 2 x 1hr consultations in person or via Skype - to get to know your plans and what you are needing the most help with.
  • unlimited communication via email and phone.
  • Review of existing plans with advice on how to proceed or pointers on anything you may have overlooked. 

Plus any THREE of the following individual components:

  • Creation of a personalised Run Sheet and Vendor Contact Sheet
  • Advice on creating and sticking to a budget.
  • Help finding a particular vendor or service - with advice on what to look for when choosing a supplier
  • Help reading over your contracts to ensure you are getting the most value and to break down the industry jargon.
  • Help with creating a seating chart 
  • Creation of a floorplan of your venue set up.
  • Creation of a basic styling guide for your wedding theme. 

Investment: $300.00 + gst

NOTE: Individual components can be added to the above package for $60.00 + gst. 


Help Me Plan Package

This package is for the couples that have all of their ideas ready to go, have planned a few things or maybe been in contact with some vendors, but aren't quite sure how to turn all of their ideas into reality.

Inclusions:

  • 3 x 1hr web or in person pre wedding meetings to discuss set up and vendors.
  • Unlimited contact via email and phone for the Bride and Groom.
  • Review of existing plans with advice on how to proceed or pointers on anything you may have overlooked. 
  • Creation of personalised Run Sheet and Vendor information.
  • Circulate Run Sheet and Vendor information to those who require it. 
  • Help sourcing vendors or services - acquiring quotes if necessary. 
  • Create floorplan

Plus any TWO of the following individual components:

  • Advice on creating and sticking to a budget.
  • Help reading over your contracts to ensure you are getting the most value and to break down the industry jargon.
  • Help with creating a seating chart 
  • Creation of a basic styling guide for your wedding theme. 

Investment: $550.00 + gst


The Plan With Me Package

Know what you want for your big day, but a bit unsure of where to even begin with planning and vendors? Then, this package is for you, Fox and Hound Events can help you turn all of your dreams into reality and help you along with all your wedding planning goals

Inclusions:

  • 6 x 1hr web or in person pre wedding meetings to discuss set up and vendors.
  • Unlimited contact via email and phone.
  • Review of existing plans with advice on how to proceed or pointers on anything you may have overlooked. 
  • Creation of personalised Run Sheet and Vendor information.
  • Circulate Run Sheet and Vendor information to those who require it. 
  • Help sourcing vendors or services - acquiring quotes if necessary. 
  • Create floorplan.
  • Create basic styling guide with theming ideas.
  • Liaise with Vendors on your behalf to ensure everything has been planned and discussed, with copies of emails or written communication sent to you to keep you in the loop.
  • Attendance at Rehearsal. 
  • Event Management including: ensuring all suppliers are on time and are setting up in accordance with styling guide and floor plan at both Ceremony & Reception space.
  • Placing personal touches ie. Seating charts, table names, menus, wishing wells, etc. 
  • Stay until Bride & Groom have entered Reception.

The Whole Package

Want to have an amazing wedding, but just don't have the time or expertise to spend hours trying to get what you want. The whole package is for you, Fox and Hound Events will take care of every aspect of planning your day taking all of your requests into consideration and making the planning process a smooth and enjoyable experience.  

Inclusions:

  • Unlimited web or in person meetings* to get to know you as a couple and discuss your ideas for your wedding. 
  • Unlimited phone and email communication.
  • Source vendors or services - acquiring quotes if necessary.
  • Liaise with Vendors on your behalf to ensure everything has been planned and discussed, with copies of emails or written communication sent to you to keep you in the loop. 
  • Creation of personalised Run Sheet and Vendor information.
  • Circulate Run Sheet and Vendor information to those who require it. 
  • Create floorplan.
  • Create styling guide with theming ideas.

Initial Consultation (6-18 months prior)

Jaime from Fox and Hound Events will meet with you to discuss the ideas for your big day and get to know who you are as a couple and find out more about what you would like for your perfect day. During this meeting she will ask you a range of questions about what your expectations of the day are and what you would like in your wildest dreams, she will also discuss budget as well as where you would like to hold your wedding and any non-negotiable elements for the wedding day.

She will then create a plan for your approval - multiple revisions can be made throughout any stage of the process and we start putting the wheels in motion. From this plan vendors can be booked in and creation of the styling guid can take place as well as creation and implementation of the budget.

6 Months Prior

  • Progress meetings with clients about finer details. 
  • Styling guide update.
  • Start Run sheet and Vendor documentation.
  • Liaison with vendors about styling guide. 
  • Re-visit of budget
  • Start planing seating chart

3 Months Prior

  • Meeting with Venue Coordinator
  • Attend Site Inspection with couple
  • Update Run sheet and Vendor documentation.
  • revisit seating chart and update RSVP & Dietary requirements.

1 Month Prior

  • Attend any Rehearsals  
  • Circulate Run sheet and Vendor information to relevant parties - prepare for any changes.
  • Introduce myself to all necessary vendors as point of contact on the big day
  • Ensure all vendors are locked in for the big day and all deliveries have been scheduled.
  • Ensure all final deposits have been paid
  • Give caterers or venue final number of guests attending as well as list of Dietary Requirements.

1 Week Prior

  • Final meeting with you to ensure everything is on track and you are prepared for your big day.
  • Final Issue of Run Sheet and Vendor Information
  • Be Suppliers first point of contact from this point onwards.
  • Ensure floor plan has been signed off and finalised with all suppliers (if necessary)

On The Day

  • Start between 9am and 10am, depending on your Run Sheet specifications
  • Provide an extensive emergency kit for the day. 
  • Visit both the locations where the couple is getting ready, pick up anything the Bridal party will require at the reception. Ensure everything is on time and there have been no complications.
  • Be available for delivery of flowers.
  • Ensure the bridal party and all suppliers run to schedule and assist with any start times. 
  • Ensure the event decor meets outlined expectations and specifications as per style guide.
  • Assist with set up of personal effects for ceremony and reception including placement of favours, place cards, menus, guest book, etc.
  • Ensure all vendors have arrived on time and efficiently and effectively deal with any issues that may arise.
  • Make sure all wait staff are efficient during reception
  • Keep track of time for all reception going ons as per the run sheet. 
  • Ensure that all gifts and wishing well are given to a trusted family member at the end of the night.
  • Ensure that any left over cake is given to a trusted family member.
  • Final sweep of venue to ensure all personal effects are collected
  • Ensure the pack down of venue is completed

Investment: $1900.00 + GST
